The Leybourne Lakes Sponsored Walk - 8th June 2019

Starfish Malawi works primarily with schools and churches and this annual event brings together a whole range of supporters, who value our work.

We are using a new venue this year as unfortunately Bewl Water doubled their fees.  We do want to make sure that all the money donated goes to the children of Malawi.

Last year we were at Bewl Water and managed to raise over £6,000, so thank you all for creating such a wonderful achievement. At our new venue this year, our goal is to raise £8,000 and we need YOUR help to do it!

As Starfish works with the poor and vulnerable of the Glad Tidings community, we value your contribution to the work. Malawi is currently one of the world's poorest country and, I can confidently say your efforts have helped to change the future life outcomes of many young people.

Registration for the event is now open. Flyers are available for you to promote it among your friends and family, church, workplace and communities. Please click the button below and save the date in your diary.

This year, we have also created a sign up sheet (see below) so why not put it out on your church welcome board/table or in your work office/space? Let’s get as many as possible to walk and raise awareness and money for The Glad Tidings Orphan Care Project.

To register for the 2019 walk, please email Esther on
