As you read this, Emmanuel along with other UK Starfish team members are in the Warm Heart of Africa!

With temperatures reaching 30°C beneath clear blue skies, it may sound like a getaway, but their schedule is anything but leisurely.

Over the coming weeks, they’ll be fully engaged meeting teachers, healthcare teams, project leaders and pastors. Their journey includes visits to schools, community groups, training centres and outreach projects across Salima and beyond.

New for 2026, they’ll also be capturing the experience using drone footage, bringing a fresh perspective to the incredible work taking place.
